1. Subject to the availability of stock as set out in clause 3, eligible purchasers will receive a Ranbuild bar fridge supplied by Bar Fridge Australia valued at $599.00 including GST (based on Bar Fridge Australia RRP as at 22 April 2010), which includes the following features (Bar Fridge):

2. To be eligible, purchasers must:
(1) place an order for any Ranbuild building (excluding awnings and spare parts) from a Lysaght Building Solutions Pty Limited trading as RANBUILD® (Ranbuild) Authorised Dealer (Dealer) between 9.00 am 01 May and 5.00 pm 31 July 2010;and
(2) provide the Dealer with 50% payment in relation to their order by 5.00pm 31 July 2010.

3. The total number of Bar Fridges available to eligible purchasers under this Promotion is strictly limited to 2,500. In the event that a Dealer exhausts its stock of Bar Fridges prior to 31 July 2010, a purchaser will not be entitled to receive a Bar Fridge (or any other replacement product or other compensation) in relation to an order placed with that Dealer, notwithstanding that the purchaser has otherwise complied with clause 2 above.

4. Promotion only applies to new orders placed with a Dealer. Any existing order with a Dealer that is cancelled and reordered will not be eligible for the Bar Fridge.

5. The purchaser will be provided with the Bar Fridge by the Dealer at the time of final payment being made to the Dealer, unless the Dealer agrees in writing to provide the Bar Fridge at an earlier time. Ranbuild and the Dealer are not responsible for any delays caused as a result of inbound transportation, disruptions (including but not limited to strikes, weather or other delays) which are caused by events beyond the control of Ranbuild, the Dealer or Bar Fridges Australia.

6. The purchaser must arrange for collection of the Bar Fridge from the Dealer, at the purchaser's own expense. Neither Ranbuild nor the Dealer is responsible for delivery of the Bar Fridge to the purchaser.

7. The Bar Fridge is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.

8. Without limiting clause 3 above, in the event that a total of 2,500 Bar Fridges are not available due to state of emergency or disaster (including natural disaster) or any other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Ranbuild and/or the Dealer, Ranbuild and the Dealer reserve the right to substitute the Bar Fridge with an alternative product of equal value and/or specification (up to a total quantity of 2,500), unless to do so would be prohibited by law and subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.

9. Ranbuild and the Dealer make no warranty, representation or other statement regarding the suitability or otherwise of the Bar Fridge. Eligible purchasers rely solely on the 24 month warranty covering Australia Wide 2 year compressor warranty from date of purchase, apart from scratch n dent and specials where warranty is stipulated separately on the listing. 12 Month parts and labour warranty from date of purchase. All warranty claims regarding the Bar Fridge must be dealt directly with Bar Fridges Australia.

10. Except for any implied condition or warranty the exclusion of which from these terms and conditions would contravene any statute or cause any part of these terms and conditions to be void (Non Excludable Condition), Ranbuild and the Dealer exclude from these terms and conditions all conditions, warranties and terms implied by statute, general law or custom. Except for liability in relation to a Non Excludable Condition, Ranbuild and the Dealer (including their respective officers, employees and agents) exclude all liability whether arising in tort (including without limitation negligence), contract or otherwise for any personal injury or any other loss or damage (including without limitation loss of opportunity or loss of profits) whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion, including, without limitation, the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under Ranbuild or the Dealer's control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any variation in prize value to that stated in these terms and conditions; (d) any tax implications; and (e) the Bar Fridge or use of the Bar Fridge.
